Im quite anoyed at them to say the least !

9 weeks ago i orderd some 40mm apex springs, before ordering i said look i want the springs quickly is it possible for you to get them to me within 2 weeks.

The guy said thats easy doable. i went ahead with the order, 2 weeks came and went, i wrung and said whats going on etc he said they have been dispached (first pack of lies)

another 2 weeks went and i wrung, this time they havnt been sent and are awaiting them. and will be no longer then 3 working days (2nd set of lies)

Another 2 weeks and they guy pout me on hold and wrung apex, the guy said they are on the way (3rd lie)

Another week went by and i said look this is ridicolous i wanted them within 2 weeks, you guarenteed this or i would have simply not orderd apex.

I asked for a refund - i'd paid by card so surely they can send my money back. The guy wanted to send my receipt back, so i did as soon as i got off the phone !!

another week, i wrung to say why has my money not gone back in,, oooo ummmm o yes your receipts here. were just waiting on apex to get back to us...

another week (today) i'm going to ring and find out why my money has still not gone back in !!!

Sounds similar to your ordeal with motorsport .. told you they come form Holand and it can take people weeks to get them in the county ..

Not being funny but good luck with getting your money back .. I bought a £600 set of coilovers from there and ended up having to sell them on because they wouldn't give me a refund eventhough they would not fit my car becuase they are VW specialists and ordered the parts in specially ..

Threaten them with trading standards and demand your money back.

You should have done the same Maz under the "not fit for purpose" "incorrect for application" line. If you've told them what vehicle it is and they supply the wrong part it's down to them to take it back and give you your cash back.

yea i know what you mean Maz,, the guy promised me within 2 weeks tho just to grab my money there and then, him knowing that they would be 9 weeks plus to me is as good as stealing !!

Ordered mine on the 1st and they told me 3 weeks and they arrived yesterday, so thank god I guess I've been lucky.

Im having a problem with two companies at the min and im seriously begining to get pissed off with them, they dont seem to realise that by them taking 1/2 weeks to put somthing in the post its affecting my life by me now having to wait another week to sort my car out, f**king lazy b******s. I dont keep people waiting so why should people make me wait. Im in a bad mood

Try speedbox.co.uk, a mate runs the site or something and they supply Apex kits to a lot of the tuning companies.
