what changes

megane heads have different inlet port shapes so you would need to fabricate a new manifold that would fit both the head and the valver throttle body.

It runs a distributorless setup so you would need to modify the blanked off part of the ehaust cam, machine teh drive bezel and cam carrier.

Its a fair bit of machining work, but overall not tough work.

ultimaely it would be better for teh street, handing you mostly more torque and a better port shape. BUT if your getting other people o do it there will be a fair amount od development involved and i cant guess a price.

You would need to design an inlet manifold and mate up the exhaust so i have no idea how good your design skills are.
