Wet bench seat

My brother's 1.2 '02 clio is taking in water somewhere and making the rear bench seat wet. Any ideas where I could check for a hole?!

It comes in from the back lights!!

Mine did it randomly and i was able to trace it back to the boot.

Only happens if u are using a strong hose or pressure washer. Stupid design

Open the tailgate and look down towards the light . 2 black grommets , 1 either side of the car . Check the spare wheel well also , water sometimes runs into here as well .

Take out the grommets , put some silicone sealant in the holes , replace the grommets but don't put the tailgate down until the sealant has gone off if possible .
