Warranty Question.

Nothing listed for this when I searched on it so here goes.

If I bought a 182 new would I be able to get the servicing done from a local independant Renault specialist without invalidating the warranty? They use genuine Renault parts not after market jobbies.

Yes Paul. But you need to check whether they (IRS) will do the warranty work. Not every independent will want to but hopefully being a specialist they will.

I had a funny issue with the rad that was under warranty. They;d do the work but charge the work back to Lookers, who presumably charged it to renault. In the end Lookers decided they wanted to do it so I had to go to them.

Whether it works different for new cars rather than old parts I dont know.
