Vista Update Temp File Question

  Yaris Hybrid
Ok with Windows XP, whenever doing Windows updates it would leave backup/temp files in the Windows folder. I think they were hidden folders and also it would leave a load of text files in there called "KBxxxxxxx" where xxxxxx was a series of numbers.

Anyone know what I am on about?

Well I always used to delete those folders and text files to keep my system clean but where the hell are they in Vista?

I have finally worked out where the regular temp files are stored but haven't found the windows update leftovers.
