VIPER INDUCTION ON A 172

hi, i have a 172 mk1 and have a k&n induction kit fitted on it which sounds the nuts. was considering buying a viper induction kit for it. has anyone got one on their 172, if so do you still get a nice loud induction roar? and is there any power increase? cos if its not gone make any difference i might aswel stick with my k&n.

pm silverrsc,hes got a viper.

you get a roar but its not as loud as an open induction kit.

you get better gains unless yoiu shielded your k&n tho cos the air is cooler.
