Vibrating from front end

Just had a new clutch put in, when i collected the car the mech said hed nipped the drive shaft up too (not sure what exactly that means). Anyway since ive had it back ive had a strange vibrating through the front end, doesnt come through the steering wheel and stops when i take my foot off the throttle.

It almost feels as if he hasnt put the wheels on tight enough and they are wobbling about but obviously it isnt as i have checked.

Any ideas what this could be?
