Abarth 595
My 182 has just been very hesitant to accelerate on the last few minutes of about an hours drive. In fact, wasn't even hesitant, just didn't accelerate for approx 5 seconds even with my foot flat to the floor. Dropped a gear and it picks up but then the same issue happens.
Had the same problem a few weeks ago but it hadn't happened since. This time there was also a a very strong burning smell which I'm kind of assuming was the clutch?
I had a very similar problem with my 172 a few years ago and Im fairly sure it was a coil pack issue although that always seemed to happen as soon as I started the car, this time its started after I had been driving for a while. Any ideas?
