Valver poly bushes fitted but knocking!!!

i fitted the full ARB poly bush kit from k-tec and now the car is knocking a gooodun!!! of further inspection the ARB is touching the lower arm on the outer bush area thus when going over a bump coming away and hitting the lower arm on return. they seem soft as s**t nothing to what i was expecting. has any1 else had this problem and know of a cure?

are they powerflex bushes usually with aftermarket bushes they will knock when new they tend to squeek aswell
