Its the bridge over Dernwet resivoir, on the Snake Pass. (Between Sheffield and Manchester.

We had a drive from Stockport to Bakewell via Snake Pass this afternoon ...

A couple of the guys (oldskoolbaby and lateboy) on the Southport to Blackpool meet yesterday came from Hampshire and Northampton and so stayed overnight and we just had to escort them nearer to the M1 via some of the Derbyshire roads

Also Jainy and myself and we met up with Mossy later on. Another ace driving day - whatever car we were in ...

Hey Chadwick! Yeah, saw you at the last second so didnt have time to wave.. barely managed to get a smile out.. (no miserable old git jokes please you lot lol) Jainy was in the lead, then me (late boy), then Godber (Oldskoolbaby) and then K1ano. Lovely little drive across the Pass and onto Bakewell to meet Mossy! Always good to see a Williams en-route!
Assuming you live locally, great to have that quality of roads on your door step fella!

hi there! Yeah, i live just on the other side of the pass' In Glossop so thats a local route for me. Don't usually drive it at weeekends unless its a dry cool night when i can really open her up!

All the Vee's were looking quality, saw the first one coming while i was waiting in the traffic and was shouting 'Veeee' to myself (lol) Then noticed the rest of you. If my car was any cleaner, i would've turned around and tried to get some piks of you lot! haha

You had the weather for it anyway, shame about the slow weekend drivers!

Hey..! no problem fella.. you should've done just that.. as it happened, we pulled over into the slight layby on the otherside of the road 'just' sfter passing you!

The other weekend drivers were a pain in the butt.. too true.. lol Great road, I did it about 4 weeks ago with another 2 friends in their Vee's on our way to a Lakes meet, so done it in both directions now!
