There are plenty of cars out there, calling themselves red hot and talking big about supercar performance. But the Clio Renaultsport V6 255, with its mid-mounted 3.0 24v engine delivering a mighty 255bhp and a 0-62 stat of just 5.8 seconds, is more than a match for any of them. And on Friday 2 July, at the PalmerSport circuit near Bedford, were going to prove it.
The deal is this: for £129 (a fraction of the usual cost for a top-notch track day), you get to bring along your own performance car and put it through its paces around the superb circuit at the Bedford Autodrome. Then you can see how the V6 compares, both with you at the wheel and on the lap of your life alongside one of PalmerSports expert drivers. To top things off, youll also have the chance to improve your driving skills with a special brake and avoid slalom exercise.
Theres no doubt it will be a day to remember. But theres a strict limit of 45 places. So if you want to join us, youd better be as quick off the mark as you think your car is.
