V6 suspension and wheels

  Clio-V6
Hi all,

I am looking into fitting 19's to a mk1 v6 (please no comments on handleing etc as its a show car for this coming season)

What are my options on lowering it or will 19's fot snug? this will be with a 35 profile tyre

I don't think you'll have any major problems. With a 35 profile the rolling radius will be almost the same as a 40 profile 18" wheel....and several people have gone to 19" wheels on the V6 in the past.

I changed my 17's for 18's, and the rears started to rub on the suspension struts. I used 10mm spacers to fix the problem.

R tec did a clio v6 project on TSW pin drives in 19" rims

does anyone know if they used any suspension package to acheive thie ride hight etc???
