V6 airbox

I'm going to be fitting a V6 airbox or 172 ph1 airbox soon, how do you fit them to a 182?
do they have to be bolted down or do they literally just lay in place

The induction pipe it clamps onto will hold it in place securely enough, its a tight fit anyway so wont be going anywhere.

You might have to man handle it to get the end of it under the slam panel
