Urgent help please

Just fitted my cook sports and my fronts are making a horrible grinding sound any ideas?

^ mabye this is the problem but it wasn't grinding before?

You did pit it back together in the right order?

Yup 100% just discovered the rubbing is on the arch liner at the front, looks like I have a bit of play in the top mounts so I'm assuming this May be the reason for the rubbing?
