Urgent advice needed, which driveshaft ?

I have an 04 non cup 172.
What drive shaft length do I need and is it one or two piece ?
Im sure the the inner part is bolted to the bock, its drivers side

Just incase this comes up in search ph2 later models use 2 piece with 8mm 44 tooth abs ring
