uprated shocks and springs

Anyone know of any that are avaliable for a cupped 182? I really don't want coilovers beacuse of the initial purchase and then set-up costs. I can't seem to find any for cup cars. If I was looking for a set for the Rallye then the list is endless with huge options of spring / shock combo's and I would only be looking at a £350 outlay.

i dont think theres a big choice for the 182 cupped ones

Handling for track work really, I'd be looking at maybe a 30mm drop.
