Uprated gear box mount

Does it make any difference which way the bolts are fitted on the gear box mount ? Instead of the bolt going in from bottom up through the mount and then put the nut on or through the top down and putting the nut on the bottom which would this be touching the gear box ?

Personally, I made sure it went back in the same way. It's fiddly but I would just do it incase!
