Upper inlet manifold torque settings

As above - what is the torque settings for the upper inlet manifold bolts?? tried searching but no joy

25nm iirc, go carefull though, they strip so easily, if they do use a nut and bolt in its place

Always the way mate, threads very weak, nut and bolts will be spot on

I remember 12nm off the top of my head, its very little thats for sure and deffo not over 20nm.

go very carefull I snapped a bolt and was left with half of it burried in the head

just by hand nipped + 1/4 turn, even using the correct torque they can rip out!

Found out a couple of weeks ago that the whole top half of the
engine is made out of putty, how the feck can you people enjoy working
on these cars is beyond me.
