Upgraded PAS pump??

So i changed the PAS return line and the whining has been reduced, but it;s still there. Been reading about the options:

- Remove PAS

- Electric PAS

But... is there a better pump available for the 1X2???? I mean, a lot of other old cars dont ever whine!
