Updating sensors

End of the month I'll be changing the crank and temp sensor. When searching for a crank sensor what's the difference between the blue and the black one?

Blues the new/updated version, better pickup or sensor reading I've read or something. You can no longer buy the black one from Renault so if your after one of them it'll be an aftermarket part. If fitting the blue style you'll need to buy the new wiring loom/plug too to fit it. I've just change my old one to the new style, cost about £60 I think... Easy job.

My mate works at in parts at stoneacre so he gets all my parts but I'm guessing he'll order them from Renault yes pal.

i use the facet ones from euro, about £25 off top of my head.
