uneven tickover

know ive got a dirty throttle body, could this be the cause of my lumpy tickover, also when im driving slow ie 35ish in fourth car car misses a little, feels like its going to cut out, (do i need to change plugs got some ngk pfr6e-10 ) mileage is 57000. CHEERS

I find mine is very lumpy when run on 95 ron fuel...

Maybe try a tank of v-power, see if that helps?
