turtle wax

hi there

Got some of the usual scratches and swirls on my bodywork, and was wondering if turtle wax safe cut is a decent enough compound do get rid of them?

I ask as im not really in the financial position at the moment to be purchasing meguiars and sonus etc :dapprove:

Wax will not act as a cutting compound.

Get a drill bit from halfords that you can apply a buffer pad to, then few dabs of scratch x2.0 and use an electric drill to do the buffing!

Is that easy to do for a novice!?
I just don't want to end up doing more damage to the paint than good?

And how would you rate swirl x against swirl x 2.0 when it comes to machine application?
