Turbo oil return

Having read a few of the other threads im just wanting to find out where the best place to fit a return line is.
If i put it in the sump, what happens about it being below the oil level?
wheres the best place to put it in the block.

My lpt build was returned to the sump, at the highest point on the sump it is above oil level, if your returning through the block there is a flat part in the casting lower/middle of the block, if you return through the block you will need to strip the engine ideally due to swarf.

No idea where most put them on Clio Turbo's but i know on the Ford forums ''above or below'' question is a bit of a hot potato.
 
Hole drilled in block to take a 1/2bsp hose tail.

I' thinking about drill 20.5mm hole, tap m22x1.5 and insert AN10 aluminium adapter (ptfe hose).
This is a good option? Secure it with some Loctite?
