its to do with tax reasons apparantly. My parents live in the south of france,+ there is loads of cars like that there too, ie>a van with windows

it´s a VAN, so i don´t have seats.my engine it´s 1.5dci.

Yes it´s a van. here we have windows in the all car, but i don´t knew that in UK you have panels..
