Transmission help again please

Normally my post in this section of the forum is that my clutch has sh1t itself, and one of the torque straps has made a hole in the case.

Today is different after doing half a day at snett. Car was going great, until I lost all drive. Symptoms as follows:
- driveshafts are in tact and connected to box
- all gears can be selected with no crunching or noise when engine running
- clutch feels fine
- no oil loss
- no drive in all of the forward gears
- very slight drive in reverse with whirring noise

Box was rebuilt 18months ago by agency and has a quaiffe dif inside

All thoughts more than welcomed

Cheers -

Matt

Thanks for the reply. Will be in touch. Will be incredibly pissed off if that's the case - expensive Sachs clutch installed 8hours ago given the exploding standard clutches

Other than slight whirring when trying to get drive in reverse when wheels are on floor, no.

Had it up on the ramps:
- gear oil was clear when drained
- driveshaft splines look fine
- had drive from box with wheels off the floor

Well there's only a handful of things that it could be.

- The clutch.
- The mainshaft has failed (unlikely)
- The diff has failed (highly unlikely)

@NorthloopCup the plot thickens...

Gearbox is now out. The good news is:
- the expensive new clutch is 100% a-ok
- when the input shaft is spun the gear set can be heard rotating

What doesn't look so good is in the driveshaft cup on the box, right in the middle at the bottom there looks to be some kind of disturbance and it may have separated (see pic). I'm a mechanical r****d so just relaying on behalf of a mate

Thanks in advance for further comments -

Sounds like it's a potential diff failure then after all. Lifetime warranty!!! You'll need it stripped down first though.
