Tired front bumper :( !

i was polishing my clio yesterday and noticed a few areas of the O/S front bumper has small and large patches of lacquer peeling and when the car is in the sun you can notice a slight difference in color the car only had 1 owner form new and 53k on the clock but this doesnt mean to say it hasnt been in a bump ? anyways should i get it done by a pro or not bother at all ?

It could have had 20 owners and only done 10 miles and still had a bump or partial respray, the owner and miles is irrelevant.

In terms of getting it done that's entirely down to you and what you can afford and put up with, how can we say otherwise.
