throttle position and idle issue

Hi people, just wondering if someone can offer some advice. After some spirited driving in my 200 the following day when i turned the car on it idled at 2000rpm, turned it off back on same again. 30 mins later is was fine... 5hrs after that same again. Being curious i got the laptop plugged in no fault codes, but what i did notice is that the throttle position sensor registered only 89% at full throttle - is this normal?

I've read that people suggest cleaning the throttle body with some carb cleaner... just wondered if anyone had any idea on the tps sensor % and the strange idle.
