Clio 172 & 182 - Modified Throttle Body
Headtune UK - Often imitated – never bettered
Removed from a fast 172, though will also fit the 182. This will add around 3-5BHP, improve throttle response and will make your car feel a lot faster right from fitting (an easy job).
This item allows more air to move faster into the inlet manifold, thus increasing power, especially when used in conjunction with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator (FSE PB Valve). Modified by Headtune UK (www.headtune.co.uk) to the following specification:

- All casting and pitting marks removed & smoothed
- Internals re-profiled
- Highly polished internals
- Modified to allow perfect vertical butterfly opening
- Leading edge of butterfly 'knife-edged'
- Obstructive casting step before butterfly smoothed into the body
- Fitted with low-profile, countersunk screws to maximise airflow
- Throughly cleaned & degreased
- Throughly lubricated
- Warranted against throttle spindle breakage*
