Swivel hubs on a 182

Has this been done ? I’ve seen pure motorsport weld in camber top mount setup so is it worth welding in 197 top mounts and using 197 bottom arms and running swivel hub setup or is it a waste of

It certainly wouldn't be a bolt-on solution, as the geometry would inevitably end up wrong. Anything is possible with enough money of course, but the benefits probably aren't worth the cost/effort in reality.

I mean you definately could fit it - you can fit anything with a welder and a grinder - the question is do you need it.

It adds a fair bit of weight and complexity and only really benefits more than that when you're running high power and wide front tyres. If you're wanting to run 235-245+ front tyres and you have 250bhp, sure, might be worth looking at it. If you're a lot less than that and with a fairly light car already...the benefits the geometery brings are likely to be less than the extra unsprung weight.
