Sutton Coldfield Non cup 172'ers NEED HELP

Anyone from Sutton Coldfield with a non cup 172 around tonight for 10 mins id like to just try your climate control motor on my car to so i can see if mine has broke?

If it's the heater blower motor you are talking about, I believe if you unplug the connector under the scuttle panel, short out pins 1 and 5 with a wire link an turn ignition on, your heater fan blower will come on full blast. If it does, it's probably your resistor pack (can't remember if that's exactly what they're called), if it doesn't, probably the motor. Quicker test than swapping motors.
