Suspension help on 182 non cup

Hi guys looking for some advice ,
The car is 182 non cup
Stock suspension ,
Looking to do few odd track days and trip to the ring, car isn't used daily , just weekend warrior , I'm on 16s,
Can't decide on either all 4 shocks swapped to new 172 cup
New top mounts and prima lowering springs as 40mm drop or H&R ,
Or v max/ ktec coil overs and new top mounts ??
Going to be replacing most of the bushes and mounts with power flex etc so will be fresh undernieth and only looking at 40mm drop no lower , what surgestions do you guys have?
Also is solid top mounts something I should think off ? Thanks

h&r springs are great although the sheep will be along soon to bleat on about cooksport being the best thing since sliced bread:wink:
