strange tyre wear/pickup

  E46 M3 + Ph1 172
Unsure as to why our 888s look like this..
All the pickup is on the inside edge?
Standard camber, so a small amount...

my mates van has a problem like this and he was told it was the tracking? dunno if its relevant though tbh

  Lotus Elise
no where near enough camber other than that they look fairly normal.

What hot pressures are you running?

Sam - thought so, is it because there's no weight o. The inside bit, therefor picking up too much marbles...

Run about 27-28,was a bit lower at cadwell as it was 32degrees ambient

The inside edges just aren't getting used so as the rubber is being pushed along the surface its staying on the inside edge. All that rubber used to be on the outside edge ;) Some of it will be pick up but not all.

Tyre pressures should be about right.

Fair shout..

Just stuck 1 degree spacers on the back, hopefully thatll be enough,

Thanks very much..

  Hi comp phase 1
Hi

Was this just on the rear ? How are the tyres on the front ?

  E46 M3 + Ph1 172
Just the rear, was fine on the front as we run 2.8 degrees camber (maxed out on the coilovers)

Nah, should have measured really as I have a gauge, its got -1 spacers on now... but god knows what it has standard...
