Stop light on hard acceleration

Every now and then when I decide to put my foot down and let my clio stretch it's legs I get the stop light flash on (flickers really fast most times). Is this anything to be concerned about? I owned a 306 before this and it did the same going round roundabouts haha!!

PS. It doesn't happen everytime.

Brake fluid level... :S Thanks i'll give that a try in the morning.

Runs to the back of the res and uncovers the float, reasonbly common if the pads are well worn. Should have the brake warning light flicker on with it too.
