Stone Chips & PCing

now i have a second car sorted, i wanna get the clio PC'd, and it will be spending most of its life under an uber quality car cover.

I have a fair few stone chips on bumper and bonnet due to motorway millage, so is it worth having a PC done? Will the cutting help reduce the chips at all or will it just make them stand out more?

Would the best thing to do be to get chips away to give me an all over service, and then get it PC'd?

Idelly the Chips will need painting and wet sanding. Once polish gets pushed in them by machine it will proably show them up more even on Silver.
