Still knocking in 1st

So I've changed the upper gearbox mount. Engine mount( and pulled as far towards front of car) put polybushed the dog bone. Only one I haven't changed is gearbox subframe 1.

And yet still in 1st gear when it gets to about 4.5k she vibrates/knocks. With the normal dog bone vibrated worse and in 2nd gear aswell.

The gear changes are a lot better with poly dog bone. And the vibrating at stand still I like lol.

But im starting to think something is wrong with my exhaust. Maybe sitting wrong or Sumink cause the car really shouldn't make a knocking noise

Do you mean the exhaust is knocking? Maybe check the exhaust mounts?

Think it could be. Hard to tell what it is. But it vibrates the whole car. I see quite a few phase 2,s do it.

I'd be checking the exhaust mounts then
