I want a new for my car, but have gotten quite used to the remote stalk on the steering wheel. I have heard/read conflicting things about it either working or not working. Also I heard that the screen is incompatible with anything but the standard cd player, I'm not that bothered about that.
So the thing is, 1. can I use an aftermarket stereo with the remote control stalk?
2. will any stereo work with it, or only some with certain interfaces?
3. will I need an expensive adaptor for the wiring?
4. will I need an adaptor anyway for the power+speakers, or does the clio have the standard 2-plug interface for power+speakers?
Car is a 54 plate dynamique by the way.
