Stereo not turning on with ignition?

Ever since a cold day a while back (and leaving the missus in the car for 5 mins) my stereo doesnt turn on with the ignition anymore. It doesnt turn off when i take the key out either? Is there something she (didnt acourding to her) do or is there something wrong?

its the fuse, its situated in a small compartment on the left of the glove box on the passengers side, once you open the passengers door you will see it, it will be 15amp (i think) (check anyway) if you have already used your spares.
