stereo adapter for cabbase radio 197

Hi could someone post a link on which adapter I need to connect aftermarket stereo to my 2006 197,at the moment it has the cabasse radio in but when I look for adapter the one that looks like it fits says on compatible up to 2005,any help much appreciated guys cheers
