Steering rack squeak? With video

Sorry I've recently been bombarding the faults section with paranoia, but there's an annoying squeak whenever at low speeds when turning left. The sound on the video makes it sound worse than it actually is. But how severe is it?

sounds like the suspension top mounts.

if you jack up the front dos the noise go?

I don't want to go to a load of trouble to jack up the car, but the suspension is completely static in the video, why would the suspension make any noise?
