Steering lonk on my 197

Hi, has anyone else had a clonking come from thier steering when turning at low speed ie road a roundabout. Took my 197 in to the dealer and said it was play in the steering joint or somthing. They replaced it yesterday and today it seems worse.....ant ideas....?

Dunno about the 197, but every 182 Clonks on full lock. Has it only just started?

Lonk , I know keyboard playing me up as well...lol..

yes only started happening, it did make a normal noise as you say before but now really loud and even the guy who cam for a test drive said he could feel it under his feet on the passanger side...

Yes could well do if you don't mind.... Just spoke to them, can't have a look until 10th June, as i need a replacement car...

what position is the wheel when this happens??

(im assuming the 197 wheel can be adjusted height wise?)

is it low down? or up in normal position..?
