steering column

I took my gearbox out yesterday to rebuild it and refitted it today:approve:, bolted everything back up and went for a drive only to find that my indicators wont self cancel and there is a weird click when you turn the steering wheel more than a full turn!! im wondering if ive dislodged my steering somehow and has this happened to anyone else before?:dapprove:

when i done mine the steering column slipped out of the rack just at the bulkhead inside the car. I popped it back in before raising the subframe back up tho.
