Standard Williams Exhaust info

Im want to put a standard system(inc Cat) back on my Williams.Im being told by my local Tyre/Exhaust Centre that no one makes a Centre section for the Williams apart from Renault(ie no cheap version) Is this correct?
Whats different on the 1.8 16v system to stop me fitting that?

When i asked about a standard exhaust system from renault the centre section was around £70 iirc wasnt much. but the back box was was over double the centre sections price.

Different angle flanges, get a stainless made up, cheaper.

aye...jus been quoted 70 for a back box alone.


fuk that....a s/s item is roughly 250 from cat back, or can go devil mild steel around 350 ish


mine has a new ctr section on at mo....so a quik weldin session an it shud be side exit lol.
