I was driving along in traffic at about 10mph when i hear aloud bang from the front n/s and then metal clunking on the road.
pulled over and got out to find what the noise was.
Then i get this old lady shouting across the road at me "some things just flew off you car and nearly hit me!"
made me chuckle but couldnt find anything
The car was sitting level nothing was loose, wheels still there. so i popped round the corner to ATS which were strangely a big help. Popped the car up on the ramps and showed me the n/s spring had snapped off at the top and the best bit was they didnt charge me
5mins later (hopefully if the parts come in) will be have some eibachs fitted tomorrow at GDI
Anyone else had any problems with springs snapping?
Hows the ride on the Eibachs?
