Spring Colour Codes - Cup

Trying to find a definitive answer to this.

The car in question is a cup model. The shocks have been confirmed as cup as they have the 60mm bolt spacing. However the front looks a little bit higher than the rear so it's bringing this topic in to question.

Front springs have blue and yellow markings and the rears have red and white markings.

Is this right for cup springs?

Is it normal for the front to sit a good inch or two higher that the rear? Doesn't look right
