Is a Clio dynamique spoiler the same as a Clio sport spoiler

Yes apart from some will be a Matt finish

It's the same as a standard 172 or 182. Anything that's a cup or cup packed will have a different one, and Trophys also have a different one.

Which one like sticks out off the window most?

The cup one sticks out more horizontally, the Trophy one sticks up more vertically, it's like a bigger version of the dynamique spoiler.
