Spluttering 1.2

hi well firstly i drive a 1.2 02 reg and in the cold conditions we had a couple on months back my car lost s**t loads of power, couldnt get past 30 lol so i replaced the sparks plugs and coil pack which fixed it and was all good again and couple of days ago when pulling away in 1st it splutters like hell and less power in the lower gears , does anyone have any ideas to what this might be ? also when i opened air box there was oil in bottom :S which i wudnt think was is good?

The connector on the top of the engine usually fills up with water and causes issues.
