Spark Plugs on 172

Got the car booked in for the Cambelt next week, I was gonna get the 48k service done early, anywho, rang Renault they said plugs dont need changing till 72k?

Is this correct?

They are supposed to be good for 72k . Had to have mine changed on my old 172 at 30k though .

Plugs are in theory good for 72k as there such a good type.

Sometimes you can need to chnage them though early.
