South West Remap

Best place to get a 182 remapped in the south west area. I.e Swindon, Cheltenham or Bristol.

No where around here really. You want to look into an RStuner if you really want it. But IMO I didn't notice any difference.

I would look to buy an Rstuner from www.fastchip.nl great piece of kit. Have a search if your not sure how it would benefit you over a drive In drive out remap.

Rstuner clears fault codes. I would be looking to find someone that could diagnose the fault with a Clip (code reader) otherwise its all pretty much guess work as to whats up.

I dont think M-tec can do anything with the standard ECU on a clio TBH

Its a very specialised bit of kit to be remapping, there are only a handful of people with the equipment to properly remap the F4R standard ecu.

I think josh does them at cooksport in tewksbury. I went there to get springs fitted and he said they have a rolling road and will be doing remaps.

Interesting, they couldnt last time I discussed it with them but that was quite a while ago so fair enough if its changed since.

Cooksport dont have a dyno currently mate.

Mtec is a good place to go for that side of it, they have a dyno dynamics 2wd rolling road.

RS Tuner is a good option for not a lot of money.

Depends on the reason for the lumpy idle, but yes generally it helps that a lot as it raises the idle rpm slightly.

Yh that's what I think it needs just sounds like its about to stall all the time at idle
