South Coast Rep

Hello boys and girls.

Il be your new Rep on the South Coast. As you probably know the 'South Central' area encompassed a fairly large area to say the least. Hopefully with splitting that up in to more manageable pieces we can get some decent meets sorted and get back to a regular size that the South used to have. 30+ i believe we had at Krispy Kreme once !!!

The other Reps for the larger area and i have been discussing ideas and the like for the past couple of days so we can move forward and really get 2015 off to a decent start.

If you have any questions or ideas please share them. Looking forward to seeing and hearing from you in the future.

Nice one Chris be good to get out to some more meets, but if we do hayling island I'm not getting in the sea again

I think the smaller sub regions should make a difference but any club meet is only as good as the members make it and with some commitment from all hopefully we can have some great meets ahead of us.

I think we should try make a bigger deal of the goodwood meets, breakfast meet then head off for a pub lunch in convoy?

Hayling island sounds good likewise doughnuts, burgers and chicken meets are all favorites.

I've never been to it but isn't there a pistonheads pub meet somewhere local?

How about joining up with other car groups for events? When I ran the vauxhall club region we would be invited to the rs owners club day at beaulieu etc.

Then guess we need to start thinking of another regional day where the 3 sub regions can come together as a Mega meet?

As I said in my text I'll be about as much as I can just subject to whether I've got the boys or not.

I like the Goodwood idea Paul! Meet at Goodwood for one of the breakfast meets then down to Hayling Island for lunch? I know there are a nice few pubs in that area

West meon hut is always a good location, could tie in with the local pistonheads meet to.
Depends how far people want to travel, good roads that way too.

Goodwood all but finished this year sadly. A meet at the seaside is a must, probably in the Summer mind. West meon is a great shout Sam. Il see what can be done.

I think a meet on butser hill would be good the roads are pretty good round there and if you get lost just drive towards the phone tower
