someone with a genuine roofrack, please help

Hi. I have just bought a genuine roofrack off ebay, second hand. I'm wondering if i have everything i need. The feet dont have any rubber pads or anything that sit on the bodywork, just hard plastic. is this right or are they missing some pads. If someone with a genuine rack could just have a quick look i'd really appreciate it. It just looks like it would dmage the paint like this. Its for a 53 plate clio 3dr.

if the hard plastic has the picture off the car showing you where they go front and rear,then they are correct.

if you put them on carefully they will not mark the car.

No picture of a car just plastic with a kind of lattice effect. Ive searched for pics and others have rubber pads. Went to Renault today and can't buy them seperatly. Think i'll send them back.
